Browse the Partner Portal Catalog and Resources

Open Catalog from the portal navigation. Partner accounts see two tabs: Products and Resources.

Find products

  1. Open Catalog and select Products.
  2. Use search and the available filters to narrow the catalog.
  3. Open a product to review the information shown in the portal.
  4. When building a standalone quote, use Add from Catalog from Standalone Quotes. For a project quote, begin in that project's Equipment tab.

Product availability, specifications, and pricing can change. Treat the details shown in the submitted quote or project documents as the record for that request.

Find resources

  1. Select Resources.
  2. Enter a vendor, product, or topic in Search resources, vendors, products....
  3. Open the matching resource.

If there are no matches, clear or broaden the search. If the portal displays Resources are temporarily unavailable, select Try again. You can also use the Equipment & Brands library for public product resources.

If Catalog behaves differently

Admin accounts see Catalog Manager instead of the partner Products tab. If you expected the partner view, confirm that you signed in with the approved partner account.
