Upload project files and floor plans

Use Files for supporting project material. Use Floor Plan for an architect or property plan that should also appear under Files → Floor Plans.

Upload a project file

  1. Open the project and select Files.
  2. Choose a Category:
  3. Floor Plans
  4. Proposals & Quotes
  5. Contracts & Approvals
  6. Installation
  7. General
  8. Select Upload File and choose one file.
  9. Keep the page open while Uploading and the progress percentage are visible.
  10. Confirm that the file appears in the selected category.

General project files must be 50 MB or smaller. The portal does not publish a general allowlist of file types, so use a common format that the intended recipient can open.

Upload a floor plan

  1. Select Floor Plan in the project workspace.
  2. Select Upload Plan.
  3. Choose a PDF, PNG, JPEG, or WebP file no larger than 25 MB.
  4. Confirm that the plan appears under Uploaded plans.

No calibration is required. The plan is automatically categorized under Files → Floor Plans.

If the portal displays No floor plans uploaded yet, no plan has been saved to that project.

Download or delete a file

  • Select Download or View to open an available file in a new browser tab.
  • For a file uploaded by a portal user, select its delete action and confirm Delete filename?

File deletion is not reversible in the portal

Generated documents do not have the user-file delete action. Contact My Fitness Outlet if an issued document needs correction.
