Create and find Partner Portal projects
Open My Projects to see projects assigned to your partner account. Admin accounts see the same area labeled Projects and can see a broader project set.
Create a project
- Select New Project.
- Enter the required Project Name.
- Add the property name, type, and site address when available.
- Add the project contact information.
- Add useful planning details, such as Space (sq ft), Budget Range, and notes.
- Review the information and select Create Project.
The new project appears in My Projects and begins in the Concept stage. Creating a project also establishes its project workspace; it does not submit an equipment quote.
Find a project
Use search to narrow projects by the information shown in the list, or filter by project stage. The portal uses these stages:
- Concept
- Design
- Procurement
- Install
- Closeout
If the page says No projects yet, select Create your first project to get started. If a search has no results, clear or change the search and stage filter.
Partners can see a stage but cannot change it. My Fitness Outlet manages stage changes.
Open the workspace
Select a project to open its workspace. The tabs cover dashboard information, equipment, quotes, shipping, files, floor plans, activity, and settings.
