In about five minutes, identify what to do next and the information to keep with your equipment.

Choose your path

  • Considering a purchase: measure your space, compare delivery services, and check the product’s specifications and manual.
  • Waiting for delivery: confirm your contact details, prepare the delivery path, and arrange enough people and equipment for the service level purchased.
  • Already own equipment: save the order number, model, serial number, manual, and maintenance record together.

First-week ownership checklist

  • Compare delivered cartons and components with the packing list.
  • Keep packaging until the equipment passes inspection.
  • Follow the model-specific assembly and operating manual.
  • Test guards, stops, locks, cables, and stability before use.
  • Record the model and serial number without posting them publicly.
  • Add OEM maintenance tasks to a calendar or maintenance worksheet.

Stop if equipment is unsafe

Do not use equipment with damaged power parts, unstable frames, cracked welds, frayed cables, missing guards, leaks, smoke, burning odors, or uncontrolled movement. Disconnect power when safe and contact trained support.
