Complete your first Partner Portal session

This quickstart takes an approved partner from sign-in to a saved project or quote request. Choose the project path when the equipment belongs to a facility project. Choose the standalone path when it does not.

Before you begin

You need:

  • An approved Partner Portal account.
  • Current contact and company information.
  • A basic description of the facility or quote request.

If you do not have an account, request partner access. An access request starts a review and does not create an account immediately.

1. Sign in and verify your profile

  1. Open the Partner Portal.
  2. Enter your approved email and password under Sign In.
  3. Open My Account.
  4. Review Account Details and Profile Information.
  5. Correct the available profile fields and select Save Changes.

The Login Email, role, and other read-only account facts do not change when you save profile information. Use Change Login Email for the address used to sign in.

2. Browse products and resources

  1. Open Catalog.
  2. Use Products to search by title, SKU, category, material, or another available product detail.
  3. Use the vendor and category filters to narrow the results.
  4. Select Resources when you need an available vendor or product document.

At this point, choose one of the following workflows.

3A. Start a project-based request

  1. Open My Projects and select New Project.
  2. Enter Project Name and the available property, address, contact, space, budget, and notes information.
  3. Select Create Project.
  4. In the project, open Equipment.
  5. Select Launch Build Wizard or Browse Catalog to add equipment.
  6. Review quantities and the estimated equipment total.

Project equipment is saved to the project. It is not a quote until you select Request Quote, confirm the current snapshot, and select Create RFQ.

Plan project equipment and request a quote

3B. Start a standalone request

  1. Open Catalog, select products, and choose Add to Quote.
  2. Open Standalone Quotes.
  3. Review Quote Summary.
  4. Select Save as Draft, enter a Draft Name, and select Save if you are not ready to submit.
  5. When ready, select Submit Quote Request, complete the required contact fields, and submit.

A saved draft is editable. A submitted request is recorded separately and cannot be edited or canceled from the partner view.

Request a standalone quote

4. Confirm the result

  • A new project appears in My Projects.
  • A project quote appears on the project's Quotes tab.
  • A standalone quote appears under Submitted Quotes.
  • A saved standalone draft appears under Saved Drafts.

Keep the project or quote identifier for follow-up. The portal header currently labels notifications as coming soon, so return to the relevant quote or project to check its latest state.
