Track a project shipment

Partners can view shipment records attached to a project. My Fitness Outlet creates, updates, and deletes those records.

Review a shipment

  1. Open My Projects and select the project.
  2. Select Shipping.
  3. Select Refresh if the page was already open when you received an update.
  4. Expand a shipment to review:
  5. Carrier and tracking number.
  6. Ship date, ETA, and delivered date when available.
  7. Current status.
  8. Assigned equipment items.
  9. Shipment notes.
  10. If Track Package appears, use it to open the carrier's site in a new tab.

The project Dashboard also summarizes shipment counts. Use Shipping for the detailed record.

Understand an empty or loading page

While the initial shipment list loads, the page displays a loading indicator. If there are no records, it displays No shipments yet and Shipments will appear here once your order ships.

No shipment record does not by itself confirm that an order was canceled or delayed. It means no shipment is currently available to the partner in that project.

Use shipment dates carefully

An ETA is an estimate and is not a delivery appointment. Carrier tracking and project notes may provide additional context, but written project coordination controls the delivery plan.

When freight arrives:

  1. Match the shipment to the project and available tracking information.
  2. Count and inspect the freight before discarding packaging.
  3. Record visible damage or shortages promptly.
  4. Follow the shipment inspection guide.

Partners cannot mark a shipment shipped or delivered. If the status, tracking link, or item list appears wrong, contact My Fitness Outlet with the project identifier and shipment label.
