Use equipment safely

Start with the product’s operating manual and on-product warnings before any workout or recovery session.

  • Complete assembly, anchoring, clearance, and final inspection requirements first.
  • Learn stops, locks, adjustments, entry and exit, user limits, and emergency procedures.
  • Inspect the equipment before use and keep the area clear.
  • Use manufacturer-approved attachments and configurations only.
  • Keep children and untrained users away from equipment that requires supervision.
  • Stop for pain, dizziness, equipment instability, unusual noise, heat, odor, leaks, or error messages.
