Partner Portal fields and file requirements
This reference covers the fields and limits confirmed in the current partner interface. An asterisk in the portal identifies a required field.

Do not put a password, payment information, or private credentials in Message.

The portal provides these Installation Timeline selections:
- Less than 1 week
- 1-4 Weeks
- 2-6 Months
- 6 Months - 2 years
- Over 2 years
The selection communicates requested timing; it does not confirm inventory, delivery, installation availability, or a service date.
Create or update a project
Project Name is required when creating a project. The creation form also provides:
- Property Name, Property Type, and site address.
- Contact first name, last name, email, phone, and company.
- Space (sq ft), Budget Range, and Notes.
If contact or address information is entered, it must pass the portal's email, phone, state, and ZIP validation. Project Settings also provides Opening Date and Developer.
The Equipment Build Wizard requires a property type and Room Size (sq ft) before continuing from Profile.
Account profile
Under Profile Information, First Name, Last Name, and Email are required. Company, phone, and address fields are also available. Saving profile information does not change the Login Email.
Change Login Email requires a valid new email and the current password. Change Password requires matching new-password entries with at least six characters.
Project file categories

Choose the category before uploading. Generated portal documents are categorized and managed separately from user uploads.
File limits

Only one file is selected per upload action. Keep the page open while progress is shown. The portal does not currently publish browser support, retention duration, or archived file behavior.
